an overview of our services. I sincerely hope you will easily find the

the public. The Starke Police Department is staffed with 20
full time sworn officers and 9 non sworn employees. Police Headquarters is
located at 830 Edwards Road and is supplemented by off-site locations including
the newly created Neighborhood Network Center at the It has been one of my goals to be more informative to the public through the use of modern technology. To achieve this, we are constantly working to make this website more user friendly and enlightening. Another one of my goals is to implement a strong Community Policing effort throughout the county so that we are more visible and responsive to special needs in all areas. A high level of public satisfaction and input are our greatest assets when we look to expand and improve any area of this department. I strive to be a "hands on" Chief. I want to be available to you, so that you feel that you can voice any problems that you may have within the City or with my department. The Department has
adopted the Community Oriented Policing philosophy and embraces its approach to
developing community partnerships and problem solving. Our employees are
extremely proud of our tradition and are committed to public service and to
ensuring the public safety of our residents and visitors. The Starke Police
